How Syncz works

From a kitchen's order to a supplier's van, and the paperwork that follows. Every stage below is a state the system records.

  1. 01Placed
  2. 02Accepted
  3. 03Picking
  4. 04QC & packing
  5. 05Ready
  6. 06Collected
  7. 07Delivered

Tick, set quantities, add in one go

One grid for the whole order. Every line shows the pack — 5 kg case, carton of twelve — the storage it needs, and the TVA rate it carries. Prices are shown excluding tax, the way your supplier quotes them.

The Syncz bulk-order grid: products with pack size, storage and TVA rate on every line.
The Syncz warehouse work queue, ranked by delivery date.

One queue, five stages

New, picking, QC and packing, ready, collected. Each order carries its lines, its weight and its handling, and moves one stage at a time.

TVA per product

0, 7, 10, 14 or 20 % — carried by the product, fixed onto the line at checkout, and printed on the invoice as a rate-by-rate table.

Your ICE, IF and RC on every invoice

The fiscal identity a Moroccan facture must carry. If it is incomplete, the system refuses to issue rather than print a document that is missing it.

CMI, or cash on delivery

Card payment runs through CMI's hosted page, so card details never touch Syncz. Cash on delivery is reconciled against the driver's run.
